Growing up in a family deeply rooted in construction, land development, and agriculture, Kenley Carr developed an early passion for real estate and the land industry. A graduate of Quitman High School, Kenley is currently pursuing a degree in Architecture at Texas A&M University, with a double minor in Business and Urban Land Development. She also holds a Texas FFA Lone Star Degree, recognizing her leadership, commitment, and excellence in agricultural education. Her hands-on experience through her family’s successful businesses Carr Land Development LLC, Carr Construction LLC, and Carr Land & Cattle LLC has given her a strong understanding of how properties are developed from the ground up. This background has fueled her appreciation not only for land development but also for residential real estate, where she’s passionate about helping clients find or create homes that reflect their lifestyles and goals. An outdoors and hunting enthusiast, Kenley has a genuine connection to the land and a deep appreciation for its natural beauty and potential.
